Infrastructure Nearly Complete

Sitar Next Door's infrastructure is very near completion! The photo above shows the S.T.E.A.M. Lab on the right, where students will soon engage in digital arts learning and video production. On the left are two Arts Learning Labs, spaces for small group instruction, independent study, and collaborative work. Below, our new Art Studio is taking shape. In addition to Sitar Next Door, the construction team is now completing the infrastructure for the upstairs floors, which include 25 units of deeply affordable housing for families. These apartments are now open for leasing through project partner Jubilee Housing. The coming months hold a lot of excitement! Very soon, finishes will go up in all spaces and then Sitar's artistic equipment will be installed.
