Sitar Arts Center is deepening our commitment to DC youth and growing in place at Sitar Next Door in partnership with Jubilee Housing. We are rapidly approaching the final phase of construction and our dreams for the community are taking shape as each studio in the new space takes shape. Yesterday Sitar's Innovation & Engagement team joined Executive Director Maureen Dwyer for a hard hat tour and began envisioning how the space will amplify their growing arts career training programs for older youth.

We can’t wait to open the doors to our youth and families, arts partners, and DC artists!
