HVAC, Windows, Doors, and More

The arts learning spaces at Sitar Next Door continue to take shape. Most of the base-build is complete on the first floor of 1724 Kalorama Road NW, the future home of Sitar Arts Center's expansion. The construction team is installing HVAC duct work today, and the rough-in of the electrical and sprinkler systems is coming soon. Walls are going up, and windows and doors are beginning to be framed. We cannot wait for the storefront views to Sitar Next Door’s recording studio, art studio, student lounge, and program offices. On some of the upper stories, the windows are already installed and look great!
